I have been obsessing with AI to the point that I feel like I'm in this crazy echo chamber where nothing else seems real.
Does anyone else feel that way with everything happening in the world? With so many layoffs happening to a lot of people that I personally know, I feel like there's nothing more for me to do than to dive into AI and educate myself on what's next, not just in my career but in the industry and potentially the world.
The reality is, women aren’t sitting at this table where big decisions are being made, or if we are, there's not enough of us using the technology to impact it in a way that's meaningful and sustainable.
Am I a little zany for thinking that I am officially on a personal crusade to educate as many women about AI as possible? Maybe, but I'm going to do it anyway. If you noticed my content strategy on Instagram and, gasp, yes, TikTok, because my TikTok is showing up differently on here, that's why. I truly believe that the more information we have at our fingertips, the more we'll be able to contribute to this new Industrial Revolution and the way the world is going to operate in the next few years.
We want you in two tables this week…
Both free, both online, and both worth your time.
This Saturday we're hosting our book club and diving deeper into Start With Yourself, a read that has genuinely shifted how we think. If you haven't joined us yet, this is the one to show up for.
One of the best hacks we’ve learned so far is using AI to catch client's flags without asking anyone. If you're managing clients, learn this before they walk away from you.
That’s in our third Lightning Lesson on Maven this week, and this one is very hands on, so come prepared.

From Hannah Montana to Flowers, this one felt earned. On May 22, Miley Cyrus became the first person born in the 1990s to receive a Hollywood Walk of Fame star.

Tech & Leadership
58% of HR leaders are already cutting basic tasks for junior staff because AI handles them now. The job description changed, quietly. Women building careers right now need to show up as AI strategists from day one, not task executors planning to figure it out later.

The gap between AI power users and everyone else is compounding faster than most people's plans account for. Microsoft's 2026 Work Trend Index makes it measurable.
The Bigger Pattern We're Watching
This week's stories are all measuring the same gap. Founders who understand the strategic layer underneath each headline are separating from the ones reacting to the surface.
The job description changed. Women building right now need to show up as AI strategists from day one, not task executors who'll figure it out later.
Video isn't a growth strategy anymore. It's the baseline for being discovered at all.

ICYMTP (In Case you Missed the Pod)
Today we're back in the studio filming new episodes, and it got us thinking about one of our favorites. Episode 4 with Brit Perkins is the one that stays with you.
She built a photography business out of pure necessity, figured out the strategy along the way, and has one of the most honest takes on what actually holds us back from the next level.
Spoiler: it's not failure. Go give it a listen.
As always, thanks for being here and reading us. Have a topic you think we should cover?
