Helllloooo hallllooo ladies!
I can’t tell you how happy I am to be in New York in the Spring, tulip szn baby! I got the chance to co-host the most wonderful Easter with my motley crew of chosen New York family. It was a mis-mosh of the nicest humans in one place, having wine, over-consuming pasta- if that’s even a thing, and talking about how Hogwarts houses are 100% the same as Zodiac signs. This week’s edit is going to be short and sweet, as I am still in a carb coma and need to hit the gym before the end of the night.
Cooking is my love language, and having a baker’s dozen of peeps to spoil with peeps was the BEST. Writing is my second form of loving on you, so let’s get to the good stuff.

Jennifer Coolidge knows the power of pasta.
What I’ve been into lately
All that Life Can Afford is prepping me for my trip to England this summer- a perfect spin on a modern Pride and Prejudice. Who doesn’t love a moody Darcy-esque character who likes you, says he doesn’t like you, offers friendship, and only professes he loves you when something puts him between a rock and a hard place. Sound familiar? Major literary trope of suitable reads for a flight, picnic, or poolside.
Propagating plants- it’s a science, my cousin gifted me a beautiful plantia and the pressure is on to see if I can keep this baby alive, using this Planta app to help me plant mom.
Graza Olive Oil- worth the hype? Or just good branding? I don’t care either way, it was on sale so I went for it, thank you Whole Foods.
Actions> words. Self explanatory.
Trader Joe’s special edition mini tote bags reached a new level of frenzy. My tias in California all wanted one. So what did I do? I stood in the line, and you bet I sent the chat all the colors for them to choose. Ensuring demand is more than supply is key to this madness, and yet I still indulged in a pink tote.
The Met Cloisters- underappreciated, and the most romantic place to see the sunset - if you’re feeling like playing damsel in distress, there’s a cool fort to do it from. Adding this to my set locations for my next novel.

Inner beauty is where it’s at, and a simple life goes a long way.
